Family Prim Hotel - Sandanski

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing location surrounded by nature, this hotel is a good option. the hotel is situated near a serene river and at the end of a city park, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the service from the staff was fantastic. some aspects of the hotel could be improved, as mentioned by previous guests in their reviews.

The location was good, close to a river and a park. The room was clean and cozy. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had free parking available. Unfortunately, these are not enough to make up for the overall unpleasant experience.

My xmas experience at this hotel was quite poor. The staff was not helpful at all, and didn't seem to care or provide any solutions to my issues.

We had a wonderful stay near the end of the city park, surrounded by woods and a small river next to the hotel. The outside pool provided us with a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Parking was convenient in the hotel's own yard, as there was nowhere to park in the street. the staff was very helpful and polite while also providing great service.

The view from the hotel room was amazing, especially in the morning when the sun rose over the nearby river. the room was also quite spacious and tidy, which made it easy to find everything I needed. the hotel was located in a peaceful area that was great for getting a good night's sleep.
